SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow for 1-3 Business Days to process and package the order. It will then be given to USPS for Shipping. The tracking information will be sent directly to you at that time.
What if I need my order sooner than the usual time?
Please click on the "Contact" button to message us BEFORE placing the order. We would like to determine that we can make and ship it within your desired timeframe. We also do offer the Express Shipping option.
REFUNDS
How can I return my item?
Due to the nature of Made to Order items, the item cannot be returned, as we are unable to sell it to anyone else. However, please contact us to explain why you are unsatisfied with your item so we can make it right.
